Andrew Wood was born in 1962 on the South Coast of England, and has lived there all of his life.

By profession Andrew is a Helicopter Instructor/Commercial Pilot, and is, as he says himself “ Blessed with the best views on earth for sea and sky.”

Andrew met the artist Steven Dews in the 1990’s and taught him to fly Helicopters. They were friends for many years painting together in his studio in Lymington
